Camas Washougal Aviation Association ("CWAA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit cwaagrovefield.org, become a member, sign up for communications, register for an event or program, apply for a scholarship, make a donation, volunteer, or otherwise interact with CWAA.

Depending on how you interact with CWAA, we may collect:

Membership information, such as membership type, membership status, dues-payment information, and association participation.

Donation and payment information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. CWAA generally receives transaction details but does not retain complete payment-card numbers.
Communication preferences and consent records, including whether you have opted in to email or text messages, the date and method of consent, and unsubscribe requests.
Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general interaction data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Other information you voluntarily provide in forms, emails, messages, surveys, or other communications with CWAA.

3. Email and SMS Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us.
CWAA sends recurring SMS text messages only to people who have affirmatively opted in to the CWAA text-messaging program. Messages may include meeting reminders, event announcements, volunteer opportunities, schedule changes, membership matters, scholarship information, aviation programs, and association news. Message frequency varies, generally two to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, participation, donation, or purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CWAA text message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the information below. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
CWAA will not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us operate the messaging program, but only as necessary to provide those services on CWAA's behalf.

4. When We Disclose Information
CWAA does not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We may use providers that support website hosting, forms, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, data storage, analytics, and similar operations. They may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for CWAA.
Association operations. Authorized CWAA officers, directors, committee members, or volunteers may access information when reasonably necessary to perform approved CWAA duties.
With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or clearly authorize the disclosure.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce applicable terms and policies.

SMS opt-in information and consent are subject to the additional restrictions stated in Section 3 and will not be disclosed for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website and general communications are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit information for a child under 13 when registering the child for a CWAA program or activity. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
